Raymond Hazan OBE
Raymond was totally blinded, lost his right hand and suffered severe hearing loss in an IRA parcel bomb explosion in 1973. He was on his second tour of duty with the Army inNorthern Ireland at the time. He has been helped by Blind Veterans UK ever since. Ray has been our President since October 2004.

View ProfileRear Admiral Stephen Meyer
Stephen Meyer served in the Royal Navy for 34 years. He specialised as a navigator, serving in several ships in that role, including during the Falklands conflict in 1982. He commanded six warships, ranging from the Omani fast patrol boat SNV Al Mansur during the Dhofar campaign to the aircraft carrier HMS ILLUSTRIOUS.
Air Vice Marshal Paul Luker CB OBE AFC DL
Paul joined the RAF in 1968 aged 17, serving until 2006. He trained as a support helicopter pilot and subsequently his flying duties ranged across a wide number of RAF and Army helicopters.
