Tim has extensive international experience in general management, sales, marketing and distribution roles for
blue chip companies across Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia. Since 1998 he has worked for the Hilton Group, transforming the business processes and technology across Hotel Operations. In 2010 Tim left his role of Senior Vice President Commercial Development & Information Technology with the Hilton to set up his own Hotel business.

Tim won a Royal Navy bursary to study Computer Science at the University of Plymouth in the 1980's which he gained a distinction. He also has a diploma in Marketing.

His interests include Chairman of the Centurions, the Special Boat Service Association, Private Pilot, Running, Conversational French, Cooking and Piano.
