Care Quality Commission Report

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is an independent regulator of health and social care in England. The CQC inspects and reports on care homes, and rates the services being offered. See current and previous reports for our Brighton centre.  Our current rating awarded from the CQC is excellent'. 

Nursing Primary Care Trust Report

In August 2011 - for the third consecutive year - we achieved and overall rating of excellent by the Clinical Quality Review Nurse for Brighton and Hove.  On her inspection RGN Naomi Cornford met with the manager, spoke with staff, service users and visitors. She also observed our care documentation and the home itself.  The report rated eight areas of clinical quality as follows:
