Tarts For Troops
29 June 2013
Tarts for Troops is back for 2013 and bigger than ever! Whether you’re planning on holding a bake-off, a tarts and tea party or getting together with colleagues at work for tarts with your morning coffee - every penny you raise is urgently needed to help us provide lifelong support to blind veterans. Bakewell tarts, lemon tarts, cheese tarts, any kind of tart – all are called upon to do their bit to support blind ex-Service men and women between 29 June – 5 July 2013.
Calling all tarts!
Bake tarts - sell tarts - raise money for blind veterans!

Blind Veterans UK are calling upon fundraisers up and down the country to get in the kitchen between 29 June and 5 July, put on a pinny, bake some tarts, then sell them to raise money for the charity!
Tarts for Troops is about having fun and raising money to help blind veterans. A host of celebrities have shown their support for this year's campaign by donating some wonderful sweet and savoury tart recipes , including Gordon Ramsay, Lorraine Pascal, Gregg Wallace, Tamasin Day Lewis, Phil Vickery and Mary-Anne Boermans.
Whether you're holding a bake-off, a tarts and tea party, getting together with colleagues at work for tarts with your morning coffee, or having friends around for a gourmet tart dinner party, make sure you register your event so we can support you with tips to make organising your event easy, safe and successful.
