It's simple to give straight from your salary with payroll giving, and all your donations will be eligible for tax relief. Regular giving is easy to budget for, and it makes a huge difference to the work we do with blind veterans.

How does Blind Veterans UK benefit?

If you're a basic rate taxpayer and want to donate £10, your donation will only cost you £8. You'll make a 20% tax saving while we still get the full £10.
If you're a higher rate taxpayer you'll make a 40% saving, so the same donation will only cost £6.


How do I give through my payroll?

First, find out if your employer runs a payroll giving scheme. If not, you can suggest they set one up.
Then you can choose to donate as little or as much of your monthly salary as you choose. Just authorise your employer to deduct the gift from your pay through an Inland Revenue-approved payroll giving agency. They'll pass it on to us.
