Compensation and Benefits Manager - 3 months Fixed Term Contract (with the possibility of extension)
Working for a historic military charity within the Visual Impairment sector in the heart of London, the role of the Compensation and Benefits Manager will work closely with the Director of People Services and the wider HR Operations team

Working for a historic military charity within the Visual Impairment sector in the heart of London, the role of the Compensation and Benefits Manager will work closely with the Director of People Services and the wider HR Operations team to provide input into revising our reward strategy project as well as produce documents (guidelines, policies) in a final report to be submitted to our Board of Trustees through our Remuneration Committee in order to ensure our reward strategy is aligned with our organisation’s strategy.
Key responsibilities of the Compensations and Benefit Manager will be to deliver the development of the reward strategy to include: salary bench-marking, pension arrangements, benefits management and annual compensation events such as bonus and salary review. Job evaluation (preferably Hay), salary and benefits bench-marking. Be an expert in all matters relating to Comp & Bens, advice to the Director of People Services, and HR Operations Manager and work alongside the wider HR team.
The successful Compensation & Benefits Specialist will have previous experience within a Compensation role, will be highly analytical and excellent at Excel (pivot tables, formulas) with a demonstrable experience of managing and delivering reward strategy project smoothly and timely within a fast paced work environment.
