We are currently looking for a Information Systems Project Manager/Business Analyst who will ensure the selection and implementation of new applications or enhancements of existing applications to business managers and users in accordance with users’ specification and satisfaction. Leading and developing a small team, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of existing systems and the development of new and replacement systems across the charity as well as a set of performance measurement indicators.
As an experienced project manager, preferably with a business analysis background, you will be equally comfortable gathering user requirements from our care teams in the Centres, as well as presenting new development ideas to the Senior Management Team.
The ideal candidate will have highly developed communication skills and the ability to develop effective and influential relationships at all levels. The post holder will also have methodical and flexible approach to problem solving and experience managing large and complicated projects.
