Plans and Performance Manager
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Plans and Performance Manager to join a fast paced and pivotal team in our headquarters in Marylebone, London.

Blind Veterans UK is currently looking for a Plans and Performance Manager who will be responsible for managing, monitoring, reviewing and assuring performance and risk management in the implementation of the annual and strategic plan.
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of governance, assurance and audit and planning methodology. You’ll have exceptional people skills, with a proven ability to lead, support, influence and motivate. Proactive and with a “can do” attitude, you’ll work closely with the Chief of Staff, and other various stakeholders within the Charity to develop the Performance Measurement Framework and assist with the development and management the Charity’s governance and assurance processes.
