This excellent and unique opportunity aim is for an experienced manager to develop an exciting, diverse and engaging Community and Events fundraising offering for our supporters.
- £29,700 -£33,000 – dependent on location (London £37,000 – inclusive of London Weighting Allowance)

Blind Veterans UK is the national charity helping visually impaired ex-Service men and women lead independent and fulfilling lives. We offer blind veterans access to the highest quality of services to help them discover and enjoy life beyond sight loss.
We have an excellent and unique opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join a dynamic team working to achieve fundraising targets.
Working as a key member of the Engagement Department, you will be responsible for developing an approach to product development and evaluation that ensures our Community and Events fundraising product offering is robust, meets the needs of Blind Veterans UK and our supporters. You will ensure that our current product portfolio is performing optimally by working with internal and external stakeholders to review all aspects of product attributes and delivery.
Your aim is to develop an exciting, diverse and engaging Community and Events fundraising offering for our supporters. You will also develop a series of new fundraising products for our target audiences which will engage with them to fundraise for the charity.
With significant experience of delivering new and existing fundraising product development and innovation, you will also have extensive influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to lead diverse teams to achieve agreed goals and drive change.
