We have an excellent and unique opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join a dynamic team working to achieve fundraising targets.

Working as a key member of the Engagement Department, you will manage the Community and Events Fundraising Managers team to achieve their net fundraising budgets, working with circa £500k gross income to the overall team target of circa £1.4m, and KPIs.   This will be through an approved programme of Community and Events Fundraising activities across the regions.

As a proactive manager, with experience of developing a portfolio of community fundraising and events fundraising activity that has delivered six figure gross income, you will also develop sustainable regional fundraising support for the Charity.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of leading and managing teams, be a problem solver and will have experience of building effective relationships internally and externally.
