Keep up to date with the Blind Veterans UK archives.

Soon we will be bringing you some blogs about what we get up to.

Currently we are busy undertaking a major project to research and showcase the photographs in our archives of our First World War blind veterans and those who helped care for and support them. These date from our founding in 1915. We call it the Historical Photography Project.

At Blind Veterans UK we help vision-impaired ex-Service men and women lead independent and fulfilling lives by supporting them with our in-depth expertise, experience and full range of services. We give veterans much-needed support to adjust to sight loss, overcome the challenges of blindness and enjoy daily life.

Our charity has been offering physical and emotional support to blind veterans since 1915. We depend on our supporters' generosity to help us continue our life-changing support. We put every gift to good use - no matter how big or small.
