Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some weekend working required.

We’re looking for an inspirational individual who can support a team of professionals in delivering exceptional care to our members.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide or facilitate training to staff to ensure that clinical practice delivery is in line with regulatory requirements, by following and embedding relevant frameworks and policies.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, you will ensure that there is a holistic approach to the learning support and development of staff. This will include keeping abreast of evidence-based practices.
  • As the ideal candidate you will have excellent person-centred skills to create a highly positive and solution focused working culture, which engages, inspires and motivates the team to proactively engage in their own CPD. 

As our Practice Development Nurse you will be a NMC qualified RGN with strong knowledge and experience delivering within relevant regulatory frameworks. Having experience in teaching and/or delivering clinical training, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to support staff in areas of development and improvement.
