Calling all globetrotters! On this week you get to immerse yourself different cultures from around the world as each day brings new food, music and approaches to wellness. So, if you’d love to revisit your travelling days, or you’re simply curious about other cultures, this is the week for you.

How to register your interest in a centre break

  2. All the breaks are listed below the form. Simply tick the breaks you'd like to take part in. It's best to choose a few as they can fill up fast.
  3. Someone from our team will call you to talk through the options, answer any questions you have and complete your booking.
