If you can't make it to any of our organised walks there's now no excuse because we have gathered all the tools and resources you need to host your own walk!

Your walk can be as big or small as you like. Keep it to just a few friends and family, or go nuts and throw it open for anyone to join in. If you need any help or support our fantastic events team is on standby whenever you need them.

How do I start to plan my own March for Veterans?

It’s honestly not as scary as it may seem at first. Firstly, we ask you to register with us to let us know you’re organising a March for Veterans. This just means that we can stay in touch with you and provide you with everything you need to plan your walk and fundraise for our blind veterans.

Next you will need to think about where and when. March for Veterans takes place through the month of March so as long as you stick to that, it’s entirely up to you!

After you have registered, we’ll send you a March for Veterans Pack, which will include a veritable smorgasbord of resources, checklists and lots of tips and advice to help you with everything from planning, Health & Safety, and fundraising.

We’ll also put you in touch with your local Community Fundraising Team who will be on hand to advise you about fundraising ideas and local promotion. The March for Veterans team are always here if you have any questions at all.
