Choose from a Wee Wander, a Big Stroll or a Mighty Stride and dig out your best tartan to take to the streets of Glasgow! Supported by the Thomas Hunter Foundation, The Kiltwalk will also add a further 40% to your fundraising for Blind Veterans UK!
Setting off from Glasgow Green in the city centre, your walk takes you along the banks of the famous River Clyde passing modern landmarks such as Squinty Bridge and the Riverside Museum. The Big Strollers join under the shadow of the Titan Crane at Queens Quay before we continue along the river past Erskine Bridge, up to Dumbarton where the Wee Wander begin. From there it’s the final push to the finisher's village at Balloch near Loch Lomond.
The route is peppered with handy pit stops for you to refuel and hydrate and a traditional Scottish warm welcome awaits you at the finish line in Balloch where you can enjoy a hot meal, a well-earned drink and a massage!
