Regional Member Conferences 2026
The Regional Member Conferences took place throughout May 2026; and here you can find a summary of the topics discussed.
Five conferences were held across the country, led by our Chief Executive Adrian Bell and the Senior Leadership Team, these conferences gave our Members a chance to have their say and ask important questions.
Topics covered include; future membership offer, support for family and carers, and future service design. Below you can download and read a summary of each topic.
Future Membership Offer
In Session one it was discussed what a future membership offer should feel like for Members, so that wherever they live, they can feel connected, informed and supported. Read more on this here.
Support for family members and carers
This session focused on early-stage work to define what Blind Veterans UK should offer to family members and those who support our blind veterans day to day.
Future Service Design
The third session looked at ideas for future services. It focused on what “VI rehabilitation” means to Members, so any new service design reflects what people value most and what they need in real life.
