An ongoing project to research and showcase photographs in our archives of our First World War blind veterans and those who helped care for and support them.

These date from our founding in 1915.

Many of the photographs were taken in Regent’s Park in London, where we were based in our early years. The photographs connect us to the lives of a generation who have now passed on but still serve as an inspiration for our charity today.
