Employee networks

We know the value of disabled people and Armed Forces personnel and what they can bring to the workplace. We will support you to achieve your disability and Armed Forces networks’ objectives, such as improving accessibility in the workplace and meeting your Armed Forces Covenant commitments.

Inspirational speakers

Our veterans will provide inspirational talks, sharing their experiences and presentations on key topics. Whether you want to focus on motivation, resilience, well-being, inclusion in the workplace or living with sight loss, we can tailor the event to your organisation.

"I had the pleasure of attending a truly inspiring talk from one of the blind veterans. Hugely motivating for my team, and particularly impressed with how Alan was able to relate his experiences and adventures back to the workplace, and how we can apply some of the learnings."

Advice on accessible technology

It cannot be underestimated how assistive technology helps people with a vision impairment. It allows them live to independently, manage routine tasks and keep in touch with loved ones. We can offer training and support in IT equipment and tech platforms for your staff  and customers.
